Dock, Platform, and Water Structures Rules status as of August 14, 2010
Summary of Current Status:
Governor Pawlenty rejected the proposed Dock Rules on August 14, 2010.
We are not aware of any formal DNR action as a result of the rejection, so at this time we are assuming the the existing rules and general permit (No. 2008-0401) will continue.
