Membership Information

Membership is open to area property owners, friends and relatives of property owners, and repeat visitors to the local resorts and camp grounds. We presently have over 400 members.
Benefits of membership are:

two newsletters per year,
a new directory every two or three years,
a cadre of volunteers focused on preserving the lake for future generations,
an annual fund raiser dinner/dance with many, many door prizes,
participation in a stocking program coordinated with the DNR, and
an annual meeting with a featured speaker.

Contact your area director to obtain a Lake Miltona Area Directory which, has information about many of the local business, a listing of your neighbors and a general map showing road names around the lake.

If you are not already a member, please consider joining 400 of your neighbors in our Lake Miltona Association. Benefits provided from member dues and donations include: lake water quality improvement information, weed control, bog management, area directory, water testing, lake water sampling, lighting at the east landing, portable toilets at three landings, fishing workshops for kids, representation on the Minnesota Lakes and the Douglas County Lakes Associations, walleye stocking, support for youth environmental training, social fundraising event, newsletters and discounted clothing.
