Fund Raiser

The Lake Miltona Association plans and conducts an annual fund raiser which supplements the membership dues to implement LMA initiatives.  We are thankful for the many, many local merchants and businessmen who contribute door prizes for this event.

2010 Fundraiser Dinner and Music

The 2010 Fundraiser is scheduled for Saturday, August 21st, 5 to 10 p.m. - again at the Miltona Community Center. We are planning the event similar to 2009 with some improvements based on attendee feedback.  Again, the area directors will be selling advance tickets at $13 per individual, a $2 savings over the $15 at the door charge.  Children 16 and under will be admitted free of charge when accompanied by an adult.  Each event ticket will give the adult holder a chance for one $100 prize and two $50 prizes provided by the Leaf Valley Sportsmen. 

Dining is from 5-7 p.m., music and drawing for prizes throughout the evening.  We will have the tent for families and anyone who would like to eat outside. 

Volunteers are needed again for setup, cleanup, and evening activities.  Contact your area director or Dick Kuehn at 852-7588 if you have some time available that day.  

2009 Fundraiser

The 2009 Fundraiser was held on Saturday, August 15th at the Miltona Community Center.  259 people attended for the  catered dinner, served from 5 to 7 p.m.  Live music and dancing followed until 10 p.m.  A multitude of door prizes donated by 90 local merchants were drawn throughout the evening.  There were two $50 cash and one $100 cash awards - the total value of all door prizes was $4,168.   Local area directors had tickets for advanced sales:
