Public Meeting

The Howard Lake Watershed Alliance is hosting a public meeting Thursday, May 10  7:00 pm at the Codgers Cove Clubhouse located at 5912 County Road 6 in Howard Lake. Anyone with an interest or concern pertaining to the waters and surrounding watershed of Howard Lake is encouraged to attend. Please contact Curt Forst 320-543-3736 with an questions.

   UGLY FISH CONTEST!! 

Well, they say the third time is a charm?? So, this will be the third year for our catch the carp contest and maybe this time we'll get rid of ALL the carp in Howard Lake.  So, come join in the carp for cash contest and help us rid the lake of this nasty invasive UGLY fish (actually, there are those that think is steams up rather well and tasty??? Yuck!) Friday June 1 starting at 10:00pm -- yes, that is the right time-- and ending Saturday morning with the weigh-in. Definitely not a sporting adventure for the faint of heart. 7th Annual Run for the Lake

The Howard Lake Watershed Alliance is sponsoring a 5K Fun Run during the town's Good Neighbor Celebration Sunday, June 24. The Run begins at 8:00 am with the start being on the north side of the lake on Imhoff Avenue and ending at Memorial Park in Howard Lake.
