Hubbard County’s Coalition of Lake Associations (COLA) is waging war; aquatic invasive species have been declared the enemy. More than 98 percent of aquatic invasive species (AIS) are transported via boats and live wells - “transient” fisherfolk traveling from lake to lake with the enemy onboard.
