Chicken n' Whipped Cream

(fast and easy to make)

Submitted by Lorraine Nelson

4-6 chicken breast halves sprinkled with garlic, salt and pepper.

Lay in baking dish and tuck ends and sides in a little so that they are a little rounded or oval in shape. (If you wash them off first make sure they aren't wet when you put them into the dish)

Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 pt. whipped cream together.

Pour over chicken.

Heat slowly 250 - 275

1st hour uncovered

2nd hour covered

This recipe may be doubled and freezes well. The sauce makes a nice gravy over rice or mashed potatoes.
